Game Day and Competition Uniform Fitting
10 Partridge Road, Windham
Saturday, July 17th  10am - 1pm  Tiny Mites and D14
Sunday, July 18th    10am - 1pm D8 and D10
(if you have 2+ cheerleaders on different teams/days, please feel free to come on either day)
This will take place outside my house, in the driveway unless weather doesn't cooperate - then we will figure it out!
Please be mindful of parking & park in the street to prevent any traffic jams.
 
Please have your cheerleader wear appropriate undergarments for the fitting.  If you do not have the proper under attire a swimsuit will work just fine!  They will be physically trying on uniforms and we will be checking to make sure all uniforms look and fit appropriately before assigning a set.  
 
We will also be fitting the cheerleaders for our new warm ups.  There will be an option to purchase your own warm up and it can be personalized if you choose.  I will have further details about purchasing warm ups once we are able to get specific personalized pricing information.  I will have this information available by these dates if not sooner.
We will have Windham Wolverine board members and coaches present to help assist with the fitting process.  
 
In order to receive game day uniform and competition uniform you need to have:
 
-Be paid in full.
If you do not have all registration information entered into the system your cheerleader will not be allowed to get his/her uniforms. We will be checking the list upon arrival.
This is a new system this year to help streamline paperwork so please make sure you complete this step which includes uploading 2-3 attachments.
   1. Birth Certificate
   2. NHYFSC Medical Clearance Form 2021 - including organization name and cheerleader name along with Doctor signature, date, and stamp
   3.  Final Report Card - must have 3rd trimester final grades on it - Tiny Mites do not need this form
If you are unsure if you have everything you need, please reach out prior to these dates so we have ample time to help you out!  Please continue to check your email, spam too, for reminders regarding registration info or anything Windham Wolverines related.  It will take a few times for email servers to realize these items are not junk, so check that folder frequently.
 
You will also need to have an undated check made out to Windham Wolverines in the amount of $100.00.  This check will not be cashed UNLESS uniforms are returned damaged or not returned at all.  This check will be given back at the end of the season when you return all of your uniforms and borrowed Windham gear.
 
There will also be a bin of used shoes, crop tops, booty shorts, etc from years past.  Please feel free to gently look through these pieces.  A donation is suggested if any of these pieces work for your cheerleader and you choose to use them.
 
If you have pieces that your cheerleader has outgrown, please feel free to bring them in to donate to those who are looking for new to them pieces.  I can also schedule times to get these pieces or have them dropped off prior to uniform fitting so that they are available for all the cheerleaders to go through.   
 
Other things - if you are a Facebook user, please make sure to like and follow the Windham Wolverines Facebook page as well as the Windham Wolverines Instagram Page.  This is an important tool that we use in order to get mass info out quickly.  Make sure you're receiving new alerts by setting up your Facebook preferences to do so.  Please check with your coaches to see what social media they may use to update on team specific things.  This will likely be presented at the first practice if not sooner.  
We also use League Athletics as another communication tool (Windhamwolverines.org) - you will want to make sure you know how to access this.  You should have received an email notice that your cheerleader is registered on a team and in that email there is a link to this specific tool for your specific team(s).
